    Birthday cake shake!!!! To die for.
    Always great food and awesome service.
    A bit overpriced for the portions though...love their soda machine inside!!!

    I'm surprised by some of these reviews. I'm at this Zaxby's location for lunch almost monthly. Never had a bad experience either drive-thru nor dine-in wise. Food is always good; never have to double check my order before pulling away like at McDonald's across the street.

    On 8/29/2019 @ approximately 11:15 am l arrived at Zaxby's on Johnson's Ferry. l informed the cashier that l have a promotional coupon that l would like to redeem. She looking at me like this l informed her that I signed up for Zaxbys email subscriptions for promotions. The manager told me that they can't honor the coupon because they don't have the equipment to scan it. First off this is the store l chose when signing up, and the coupon was sent to me to redeem in store. The on duty manager, rude as ever told me that Zaxbys will mail it to meand walked away. I called customer service and they took my complaint and acknowledged  that some stores do not have scanners I told the CSR that those stores shouldn't even be considered when signing up to choose a preferred location. The CSR apologized and stated that she will note my comments. Lady, this is a complaint about a rude manager and a worthless coupon that came from Zaxby's and Zaxby's refusal to honor it.
    ZAXBYS EAST COBB ON JOHNSON'S FERRY TRICKED ME AND WASTED MY TIME. FILLING UP MY INBOX WITH ADS. GOT ME OUT HERE SIGNING UP FOR COUPONSAND ADDING MY CREDIT CARD TO THEIR APP only to be INCONVENIENCED. While l was there l was going to order food to feed an office of 50 people. If they cant honor a coupon that they sent to me, they cant even have a seed from my cucumber.
    According to the two female managers on duty, it is not their problem. Chad is the owner and needs to meet with corporate about a scanner. Chad get your establishment together before these folks have you out here on the streets.

    Worst service ever from the guy I paid at the drive through window. I was also very uncomfortable with the way he glared at me, as he YELLED my total to me. I looked at my daughter and asked her if I'm the only one that noticed his rudeness? I'm guessing he overheard me because as we were about to pull away, my daughter said that he mumbled "yeah have a nice F*#%*#g day B*#%*.
    I wasn't sure but I have no clue what was wrong with him.
    I'm too afraid to even go back to his location. Other Zaxby's locations have been nothing but great.
